An afternoon drive around Reno, or any entertainment city, is a spectacle, and an eerie one at that. When then trolls who dwell in dark, smokey casinos floors, for hours and days on end emerge into sunlight. Shockingly, none of them burst into flames. I can't confirm that though, it's not like I follow them home.

The typical person that I encountered (that you saw slowly bulging down the sidewalk) are thus as follows. Long, grey hair. A cowboy hat with a nice yellow tobacco tint. Tight faded , what used to be blue jeans and cowboy boots. Shirts optional. As for the ladies, the same description as above, just throw in a few items of sequence and an added filter to their cigarette.

At the end of the drive, you notice a blue casino and hotel call simply "J". This is a recent turnover from the famed Sands Hotel and Casino. Hotel closures seem to be popping up around America in Reno and Las Vegas. Though the building has a different name and different look, let's hope the charm of small town Reno, The biggest little city in the world.
