This is a great small "Blowout" kit and takes up almost no space on a belt or plate carrier. The design is simple and easy to use which is exactly what you want from something that you are counting on to save your life.

In Airsoft and MILSIM I think it is really overlooked that you may actually need to treat a real-world wound. I see a lot of guys with packed-out IFAKS for GSWs (Gun Shot Wounds) but they don't have Band-Aids and triple antibiotic ointment, lip balm, etc. A properly stocked IFAK for wounds and injuries you may ACTUALLY encounter while playing Survival Games / Airsoft/ MILSIM, whatever you call it in your home country is smart and should be on every players kit. This BFG pouch is a great way to carry those very basic essentials and not get in your way.
