जब भी embryo uterus में छोड़ा जाता है वह fixed बैठ जाता है। आप कुछ भी करो वह embryo वह से नहीं हिलता। तो bed rest की कोई भी जरुरत नहीं है। एक रिसर्च से ऐसा देखा गया है की success rate कम हो जाता है। इसलिए महिलाये आपने रोज़ के काम करते रहिये इसे embryo पे कोई असर नहीं होगा।

IVF में ऐसा कोई rule नहीं है की कोई खाना खानेसे , ऑफिस जानेसे , bed-rest लेने से , दाएं या बाएं तरफ मुड़कर सोने से , खाने में नमक कम करनेसे या मीठा खानेसे आपका IVF Success Rate बढ़ सकता है।

काफी बार पेशेंट्स को डर रहता है की सीढिया चढ़ने के कारन embryo implant नहीं होगा और वह गिरने की सम्भावनाये बोहोत ज्यादा है। जो की ग़लतफ़हमी है। रोज़ का काम करना , सीढिया चढ़ना , walking के लिए जाने से implantation या IVF success rate पे कोई फरक नहीं पड़ता। अगर आपको लगता है की bed rest लेने से या कुछ ना करने से IVF success rate बढ़ता है तो यह गलत धारणा है। आपको यह बात ध्यान में रखना बोहोत जरुरी है की चाहे जो भी हो IVF success rate 35%-40% ही रहता है। तो आपको यह बात अपने मन से बिलकुल हटानी है। आपका IVF का success rate ऐसा कुछ भी करने से बदल नहीं जाता। इसलिए यह सारी धारणाये आपके मन से हटाइये और अपने daily activities शुरू रखिये।
