In Oct 2K20 in what was a tumultuous & sad year for people worldwide due to the covid19 pandemic, I was lucky to escape to Italy and the Amalfi coast for several days.
I stayed in Naples for 3 nights and then ventured to the gorgeous Amalfi coast and my 1st stop was the little village of Agerola. It is a village full of friendly locals and tasty pizzerias and only a 30min bus ride away from Amalfi's largest town Amalfi.
I chose to stay in Agerola because it is the starting point of the famous "path of the Gods" trail. I did this trail twice during my trip because I loved it so much! The views, as you will see in the video, are breathtaking. The blueness of the sea, the multicolor houses perched on the cliffs and the local flora combine to make this trail an unforgettable one.
It is around 6km and I classify it as moderate. Be sure to bring plenty of water and snacks and you're good to go!
