I used to have to use Acheron and debuffs to carry the early game with Break, but now with Dahlia she can carry until boothill.
Build items for Firefly, give them to Dahlia and she does a shocking amount of damage. With Rappa backup they easily clear the early game.
You can also now get 8x Break without emblems which amps up the damage a ton. Perfect run, no losses, generated enough money to get to level 10 easily.
Your goal is to get to 4x break ASAP, Rush to level 8 and then slowly work towards level 9/10 while fishing for Firefly/Welt. Himeko is a higher priority than Fugue, if you give spare damage items to Himeko she will do quite a lot of damage.
With a more aoe focused boss, Firefly will do a lot more damage, but Boothill also carries on single target.
If you can get a break Emblem it's probably worth it to ditch Ruan Mei as her action delay is still rather anti-synergy for Break in Currency Wars, but it's worth it for the 8x synergy if you don't get an emblem.
