Sharon Amaya - Blessed Solanus Casey - The Saint of Detroit? Divine Mercy Prayer Meeting

Описание: Feb 4, 2026 - We are blessed to have Sharon Amaya of Mary Our Mother Foundation join us today to teach us about a spiritual treasure in Detroit, Michigan, that is well known in that area but not too well known around the rest of the country, yet it should be.

That treasure is Blessed Solanus Casey, a Capuchin priest known for his gifts of healing, spiritual guidance, and care for the poor that impacted thousands upon thousands. He was beatified in 2017 by Pope Francis and hopefully will be declared a saint before too long.

A native of Michigan, Sharon says most of her friends in the area have either received healing or know someone who has, attributed to the intercession of Blessed Solanus. What a treasure indeed for us all!

Divine Mercy Prayer Meeting
Imagine thousands joined together in prayer for our world, countries, families, and all intentions every month. Dedicated souls from around the globe gather on the first 9 days of each month for the Divine Mercy Prayer Meeting. We pray for our native lands with the same Novenas our Lord commanded St. Fausina to pray for her native land. Unless otherwise stated, the meeting opens 20 minutes before the Holy Hour with a presentation from a special guest speaker.

Join us on Zoom at 4:30 pm ET (USA) and bring your intentions. You can participate in the Q&A, serve as a prayer responder, or simply listen and pray with your camera and mic off - no problem! The point is to gather and pray.
