The Megyn Kelly Show host Megyn Kelly says Scotland has “lost their ever-loving minds” with the expansion of their hate laws.
Scotland has received major backlash for the new hate crime law which many have questioned over whether it goes against freedom of speech.
“They’re crazy, Scots have lost their ever-loving minds,” Ms Kelly said.
“They’ve changed the hate laws in Scotland now to say … if you say something that’s offensive or insulting about a transgender person among others you could go to jail for seven years if it is considered stirring up hate.
“Now people like JK Rowling who do speak truth and sense … could be arrested for a Twitter thread or a conversation.”
