We started out with 4 meals but moved on to 6 meals. We get the two person, 6 meals every week, and extra proteins. The portions are large, but sometimes we add rice and a veggie. We spend around $100 per week. This has cut our food costs and reduced food wastage. I'm 100% sold on this concept. I plan on trying a few other companies.
