Does the Bible say there is a Melchizedek priesthood today on earth? Does the believer become a priest in the order of Melchizedek? I would say no! Is Yeshua officiating as a high priest on the earth in the order of Melchizedek, on the earth today? I would say no! Let's study together and research the Ancient Near Eastern information that will facilitate our understanding, to know the proper context of the Aharonic priesthood, and the role they play on the earthly Tabernacle. Hebrews 8:4 clearly says, that if Yeshua was on earth he will not be a priest, as they are already priest that officiate. We must research and study to clear up some of the misunderstandings of the priestly role and the gift God gave them as the only ones able to do the priestly work.
