Starting from July 2, 2025, the "sleeper train" between Chengdu and Shanghai will resume operation after a 14-year hiatus!
與14年前不同，這次的「滬蓉動臥」（上海-成都 臥鋪動車組），幾乎全程在高速鐵路/客運專線上運行。從成都到上海，全程要經過21條鐵路線、車次也因爲不斷上下行交替切換6次！最快運行時間更是縮短到了14個小時。
Unlike 14 years ago, this time, the "Shanghai-Chengdu sleeper train" (Shanghai-Chengdu sleeper train) runs almost entirely on high-speed railways/passenger dedicated lines. From Chengdu to Shanghai, the entire journey passes through 21 railway lines, and the train number is switched six times due to constant up and down movements! The fastest running time is even shortened to 14 hours.
