KERB+ has been feeding hungry Londoners since 2012. They run street food markets, cater events, have a not-for-profit social enterprise arm and help budding businesses achieve their full potential - that’s where the inKERBator comes in.
Starting with in-depth classroom sessions and leading up to in-person market stints, these new brands are guided through the street food scene by some of the most in-the-know in town.
We went inside the inKERBator to find out a bit more about what goes on behind the scenes, learning how KERB+ has been able to find some of the city’s most exciting street food stars - and continues to do so.
