The Consumer's Eyeshadow Tag is completely geared toward eyeshadows and palettes the consumer can purchase.

The Rules: You cannot feature palettes that are limited edition or discontinued (e.g. not purchasable).
The whole point of this tag is to recommend palettes that 1) you GENUINELY love and 2) that if a viewer wants to purchase, they can.
