The City Gardens
Jump from the balcony to the beam, and from there to the daggerplate. Wallrunning to the right will lead you to another daggerplate, from which you can drop to reach a ledge. Shimmy around to the right and jump up to the handhold above, then continue shimmying to the right until you can drop down to another beam. Jump to the far beam, then start climbing up the handholds until you can jump out to another beam. A couple of wallruns from the daggerplates here will let you reach the upper level. Pop up and speedkill the guard, or just catapult him to his death.
Hop the railing and lead across to the next platform. Drop down when you hit the ledge and move around to the handhold. Drop down from there and leap across to the pillar nearby, then shimmy around to the right until you can jump to the tree. If you jump from tree to tree, you should eventually spot a ledge running along one of the walls here. Leap to it, then wait at its leftmost edge until you spot the two mobile guards get into position for a speedkill, and take them both out. When they're dead, sneak behind the pillar with the wall trigger on it, and speedkill the other fools before wallrunning and hitting the trigger.
After your double speedkill, wait here to take out the remaining guards.
The trigger will unlock a pair of beams on the pillar you initially shimmied around, so climb the trees to get back to it, then drop down to the beams and leap across. You'll come to another pillar; shimmy all the way around, then climb up to the ledge and leap across. Fall down to the daggerplate, and from there to the ground.
A trio of beams are your only path leading on from here, so leap from beam to beam until you reach the corner, then shimmy to your right and jump out to grab the narrow beam that juts from the wall. Jump atop it and jump to the highest beam here, then use your right trigger to rotate around it and jump from there to the wall nearby.
You should be able to see another sandgate below you at this point. Jump from the beam to the tree here, then gently slide down until you can jump from it to the beam across the way; if you slide down too far, you'll be spotted by the guards. From the beam, jump to the daggerplates, then start making your way to the right until you reach the beam above the sandgate guardian. Drop down so that you're hanging by your hands, and wait for the pacing guard nearby to turn away before starting the speedkill.
You can speedkill the guardian from here, then either speedkill the rest of the enemies or take them out normally.
When the guardian's dead, quickly move towards the edge of the cliff nearby and hang down by your hands. If you shimmy to the left and wait behind the pillar until the nearest guard turns around, you should be able to speedkill the remaining foes; otherwise you can just dispatch them normally and pick up your reward, the sixth sand tank. Hit the walltrigger nearby, then climb the tree and jump across the platform that's just opened up. Jump from the beams to reach the pillar off to the left, then maneuver around it until you can drop down the handholds on the far side and speedkill one or both of the guards here. Even if you can't speedkill, them, it's a simple matter to throw them to their deaths.
Wallrun to the beam nearby and shimmy off to the right until you can make the jump to the ledge, then move around and double speedkill the guards above the waterfalls. Before dropping down, move off to the right and find the sand chest there to refill all of your sand tanks.
Boss Fight: Garden Monster
In the first phase of the fight, the monster is going to act much the same as the boss in the Arena did, way back in the days of yore. He's much bigger than you, so he'll try to stomp and smash and kick at you. Like the Arena fight, you're going to want to roll away from his front side or between his legs, and attempt to slash at the back of his legs. (The front of his legs are armored, as you'll discover if you attack them.)
Anyway, with the slashing and the swording and the stabbing, you should eventually get the monster to take a knee. What you need to do at this point isn't exactly clear, but if you try walking up to the leg that's lain on the ground, you'll automatically run up the creature's back. When you get the flashy dagger that signals a speed kill, hit your attack button to hop up on the back of the creature, and giddy-up! It's time to take him out for a spin! After bashing through the first door here, make a hard right, then turn left into the second door and get ready for some tight corridors. You hopefully have a few sand charges left, in case you ram into a wall, but most of the rest of the turns are relatively easy to see coming. At the end of the path, you'll spot another doorway which you can't avoid; just charge through it, and the beast dies.
