Poor Combat Performance of Waffen SS & NKVD Divisions?

Описание: My Patron, Bigman Foamy, asked - I've heard that German SS & NKVD were certainly more "fanatical" in attack or defense than their Heer and Red Army counterparts, but suffered significantly higher casualties and were maligned for poor performance. Was this really the case?

History isn’t as boring as some people think, and my goal is to get people talking about it. I also want to dispel the myths and distortions that ruin our perception of the past by asking a simple question - “But is this really the case?”.
