Why Einaudi and why Ancora? Because this master piece is so cool that you should learn it! :) And on the youtube there were only old records. This version is refresched and made in HD quality, so it sounds better, looks better so it's easier to memorize.
Tips: soo.. the whole song is quiet long to memorize all the notes.. but you have to notice that bass line is almost the same from begin to the end (exepct for last part and including few variations of main pattern). So firstly get familiar with bass line and the scale (mode) which is Bb dorian (Bb, C, Db, Eb, F, G, Ab) and does not contain others notes beyond the mode. You can also find some patterns in chords playing during the song.
Besides, the metrum music measure is changing. It's star with 6/8 than mixing with 3/8. The middle part is in 4/4 and later back to 6/8.
The Learning is a difficult process, but has a lot of advantages for you brain. Take the efford and some day you'll be surprised what you achieve.
