Hi Travis and Suzy, I thought I would mix it up a little bit in this mega-marathon and add a few more WInger and Ratt videos. You gotta give the people what they want, and it seems like these videos are really popular with your subscribers, so let's make the people happy. We did (3) Winger videos already, but here is another great video that has a really cool vibe to it. Not too heavy, but just a fun song to rock out to. A little history on Winger. The period we are focusing on right now is their Atlantic years (1988 - 1993), but in 1994, the band broke up and the members went off to pursue other interests. Kip Winger decided to study musical composition, and spent the better part of 10 years intensely studying classical music composition, becoming a very well-known and accomplished classical composer for various ballet companies. In fact, in 2017, he was nominated for a Best Contemporary Classical Composition grammy for his 4-part classical piece, "Winger: Conversations with Nijinsky." As you know, Kip Winger studied ballet, and this composition was written as a conversational classical piece for the famed ballet choreographer Vaslav Nijinsky, who directed the world famous Russe Ballet in the early 1900's. Thought that might be an interesting tidbit for you to better understand just how wickedly talented he is. The band re-formed in 2001, and while he still tours and plays with his band, he also continues to write classical music compositions. How many "hair band" singers can do that? Exactly!
