ABC’s school racism documentary is ‘absolutely inappropriate’

The three-part documentary entitled “The School That Tried to End Racism” involves a group of children aged between nine and 11 being grilled on questions of race and privilege.

“It’s absolutely inappropriate to be putting any child through this at school,” Ms D'Abrera told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“This is meant to be a place where they learn how to read and write, where they learn how to socialise, and instead they're being indoctrinated with a theory that is being imported from America, critical race theory.

“This theory is so flawed because it basically says that we have to be judged on the colour of our skin and that’s all that matters in life.”
