In this video, His Eminence, the late Religious Authority, Sayyed Muhammad Hussein Fadlullah (ra) discusses the issue of why we hate and why we love. He says that some might love and hate according to the environment they live in, so these do not choose whom to love or hate. Others might love and hate according to the instructions given by the party they belong to. He also confirms that man that his feelings of love and hatred will be reflected upon him and him only, whether positively or negatively.
