Описание: Every time I open my phone to check social media, search for products or connect with new communities, I feel I'm presented with a wide range of largely slop content. Whether it's Tiktok Shop shilling ai generated garbage, disgruntled short form creators putting each other on blast in parasocial story times, or everyone trying to be clones of whoever's got the most clout, it all feels very bleak. As someone who remembers a time when the internet wasn't a hyper-capitalist hellscape, today I'm reflecting on my online experience and what made things change.
