Nutrient rich Mashed Potatoes
4 pounds Organic Yukon Gold Potatoes
1.5 Pounds Parsnips
1.5 Pounds Cauliflower
1 cup unsweetened plant milk
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 Tablespoon Benson's Table Tasty
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Place potatoes, parsnips and cauliflower on the rack of a on 8 quart Instantpot electric pressure cooper. fill with water up to the rack. cook at high pressure for 12 minutes and let come down to pressure for another 10 minutes. Drain liquid and add remaining ingredients and mad with a potato masher until smooth.
