戸田拓夫（とだ たくお）PROFILE
1956年　広島県福山市生まれ
株式会社キャステム代表取締役社長　兼　折り紙ヒコーキ協会会長
小・中学生時代は陸上競技長距離選手。高校時代は剣道部に所属。学習院大学理学部に進学するが中退し、早稲田大学理学部へ転入。入学後は登山サークルに所属するが、2年時に病に倒れたことをきっかけに紙ヒコーキ作りを始める。大学中退後は帰省し自営の精密鋳造会社に入社。
自社で精密機器の他に航空機の部品も製造しているが、同時に折り紙ヒコーキの伝道師たらんと願っている。

1995年 日本折り紙ヒコーキ協会設立
2001年3月 紙ヒコーキ博物館開設
2013年4月 折り紙ヒコーキ協会に名称変更
