Описание: Broken Stud Removal and Repair Mobile Welding Job. Extracting a broken intake bolt inside an aluminum head GM motor. If you're a beginner welder or just looking to make a little side money this is a great example of a simple job that can make you some extra money and begin to establish yourself in the trades or allow you to upgrade to bigger and better welding equipment. For this repair I used an entry level 120v HF flux core welder and removed the broken stud by welding welding a hex nut to a broken intake manifold stud.This is a great DIY do it yourself how to welding project.

⚠️ CAUTION Be sure to use only NON CHLORINATED cleaners when welding and be sure to dry your part thoroughly to prevent the formation of deadly phosgene gas.
