Hey everyone, and welcome to our video about The Manila Hotel (TMH)! This iconic hotel is the oldest premier hotel in the Philippines, having opened its doors in 1912. We were all super excited to visit, as this hotel has hosted some of the most famous people in the world, including King Charles, former US President Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, Nelson Mandela, and many more – including my Lolo’s favorite band, The Beatles!
We stayed in a Superior Twin Room and also requested an extra bed, which came with its own toiletries and complimentary buffet breakfast. The room’s amenities included a large flat-screen TV with a wide range of channels, YouTube, and more, a fridge, a tea and coffee station with fresh fruits, plenty of drawers and closets to store your belongings, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a separate bath and shower, and even a TV in the bathroom!
