Command Sgt. Maj. Eric Binstock will relinquish his responsibilities to Command Sgt. Maj. Kenneth Kachena as the top enlisted member of the Army National Guard. The state command sergeant major is the top enlisted advisor to the Army National Guard commander, Brig. Gen. Benjamin Cleghorn.
