This is not a “motivation” series.
This is work.
I’ve started a strict SBD (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift) training cycle where I train three days a week — Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Every session is structured, progressive, and recorded. No skipping. No excuses. No fake intensity for the camera.
Each workout includes:
•Heavy compound lifts
•Proper warm-ups and working sets
•Technique practice under fatigue
•Real weights. Real strain. Real progression.
I’m not here to show perfect lifts — I’m here to show honest training.
Some days the bar moves fast. Some days it fights back. That’s the point.
