In this demo, we tackle a common SecOps challenge: finding the balance between strict security and a smooth user experience. We walk through a real-world scenario where a WAF policy blocks a legitimate customer search. Instead of digging through complex logs or manually editing JSON files, we show you how to use the new visual interface in NGINX Instance Manager to identify the violation and implement a precise attack signature exception to mitigate the false positive in seconds.
