Upon invitation of the ICAC, Mr José Carlos Ugaz, former Chair of Transparency International, visited Hong Kong during 18 -19 October 2016 to observe the probity environment of Hong Kong and our robust anti-corruption system. During a media interview held on 19 October 2016, Mr Ugaz shared his views on the clean environment of Hong Kong and the pioneer work of the ICAC.
