Update “Old Guard” (Art of War 3 RTS)

Описание: Commanders, attention! Six Heroes have received balance changes in today’s update. This time, we’ve focused on the veterans—it’s time to bring back some classics!

Leviathan

Air defense and side autocannons' attack range increased by 1 cell.
Active ability “Devastation”: damage increased by 20%, activation time reduced by 0.5 seconds.
Passive ability “Thermal Traps”: cooldown reduced by 3 seconds.

These changes make the Hero a stronger choice for Resistance commanders. The active ability is now easier to use, and the Hero is more durable overall.

Wasp

Active ability “Acid Burst”: the damage increase effect has been reduced from 60% to 40% at maximum upgrade level.
Acid projectile hit damage doubled.
Wasp can now attack targets while using the active ability.

Wasp and Leviathan are a classic combo—but with Leviathan’s recent updates, they risked becoming too destructive together. Now Wasp is more effective early in the game thanks to higher projectile damage, while maintaining her attack flow during ability use.

Beholder

Active ability “Vulnerability Scanner”: damage boost reduced from 50% to 40%.
Detection range for infantry in forests increased (up to 5 cells with upgrades), and for submarines (up to 8 cells).
Vision upgrades moved to earlier ranks.
The Hero can now attack while using the active ability.

Beholder is primarily a scout. We’ve improved the detection abilities and made vision upgrades easier to access. The reduced ability bonus is balanced by the ability to attack while it’s active.

Seraphim

Ground mode movement speed in base increased by 13%.
Ground mode repair efficiency in base and through upgrades increased by 30%.

If your Seraphim is suffering from Salamander and Porcupine missiles—land it! These changes highlight the Hero’s usefulness in both modes. Seraphim now moves faster and repairs more effectively on the ground.

Salamander

Land repair speed is now equal to water repair speed.

Note: this applies only to Workshop repairs, not passive abilities. The change is for convenience.

Mole

Field repair workshop radius increased by 0.5 cells.
Maximum repair rate for allied units limited to 200 HP/sec.
Active ability turrets: duration increased by 5 seconds, durability by 7%.

Bison proved too tough when paired with Mole. We’re not nerfing Bison—just fine-tuning repair efficiency. At the same time, Mole gains better combat utility through stronger turrets.
