Sugarloaf Mountain is the most prominent landmarks in the city. The top of the mountain is accessible by cable car and has been for over 100 years! Sugarloaf Mountain hike is an option, but realistically get the cable car as you still need to pay to 'get in'.
The view from the top is an incredible perspective.
Secondly, Christ The Redeemer is yet another huge must do and goes with little explanation. Situated on the tallest peak in the city it is no wonder it is one of the 7 Wonders of the world.
Sitting underneath the giant Christ statue it is hard not to feel its presence as you gaze out across the city!
