Absolutely Horrible Customer Service and worst food. The current General Manager freely roams around in Tysons Corner Mall trying to pick up young girls. Pays no attention to his job what so ever. Restaurant serves cold food which is supposed to be hot. When the restaurant first opened, Dylan Todd was the GM who through his hard work and zeal converted this into a Gem. Dylan as a GM would happily serve tables because of the short staff or even clean table. This current GM is snobish who had first inscribed his name on the entrance door of the restaurant and since then has taken it off because of 100 of complains. This restaurant recently had a COVID infected employee and the whole place was contaminated. The Place also had water damage from the roof.
This Place should be closed. Several petitions have already been submitted to Fairfax County to shut it down. Please do yourself a favor and do not go there.
