This is a screen recording of PowerSDR OpenHPSDR using the RedPitaya as the SDR.
The PowerSDR display is showing the signal from the TS-440.
WSJT-X on an i5 thinkpad laptop is used in tune mode to drive the TS-440 via an external soundcard attached via USB.
Input voltage to the TS-440 is initially at 100mv peak-to-peak.
Part way through the video the input is raised somewhat (over 200mv peak-to-peak?), overdriving the transmitter.
The input is then reduced to a reasonable value.
The TS-440 power output (measured after the antenna tuner) is about 100 watts, and doesn't vary much once the input voltage is about 100mv.
(According to the TS-440 manual, the input "AFSK" signal "should be less than 100mv". Its not clear (to me) if this is meant to be peak-to-peak, or 100mv above 0v , which would be 200mv peak-to-peak.)
