What if Fibre to the Premise (visual representation “FTTP”) setup was super straightforward? Well, it is. You just need to make sure your router is Wi-Fi 6 or 7 compatible.
Here's how we make the complex stuff easy.
Find your NBN co connection box inside your home. See those clips on each side? Give them a gentle press and lift the cover.
Connect your modem to a UNI-D port on the nbn connection box - make sure it matches the port - and power it up. That DSL light will flash for a bit, then go steady. That's your cue.
Connect your device via cable or Wi-Fi, then pop into your router's configuration page. Set it to WAN mode with IPoE encapsulation.
Time to luxuriate in your upgraded connection!
