HOW TO REACH KOLKATA TO NJP
By Bus (Budget-friendly)
Long-distance buses from Kolkata to Siliguri:
Fares typically ₹450–₹2,000.
Journey time ~14–15 hours.

SILIGURI TO MAJHIDHURA
First, Siliguri to Sukhia Pokhri or Mirik
From Siliguri, you can travel to Mirik by shared taxi:
Approx fare: ₹150 per person.
Distance: ~48 km; journey time ~1.5–2 hours.
Route A (via Mirik/Sukhia Pokhri): After reaching Sukhia Pokhri, it's ~3 km on foot to Majhidhura.
Route B (via Ghoom/Sonada): From Ghoom, Majhidhura is about 7–8 km away; local assistance (e.g., from homestays) can be arranged for transport.
or NJP to Majhidhura cab fare 3500 for 4 people.

BEST TIME TO VISIT -
✅ Overall Best Time: March–June (Spring/Summer) and October–February (Autumn/Winter).
