Kao Piak | Khaub Piaj | 2# of Noodles | Hand Cut Noodles

Описание: Ingredients:
2 cups of rice flour
2 cups of tapioca starch
2 ¼ cups of hot water
Extra rice flour for dusting

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, add rice flour and tapioca starch, mix well.
2. Add the hot water slowly into the flour mixture.
3. Knead until all the flours are well combine.
4. Roll into a log.
5. Divide log into 3 inches.
6. Roll each log into a long strip.
7. Add extra rice flour to the strip to prevent it from sticking together.
8. Use a sharp knife and cut the strip into noodles.
9. Boil a large pot of water.
10. Once the water is boiling, add the noodles into it.
11. When the noodles float to the top, leave it cook for another 5 minutes.
12. Use a sieve to remove the noodles from the boiling water.
13. Add chicken broth to the noodles.
14. Garnish with choice of meat, green onion, cilantro, mint, black pepper, and garlic sauce.
