Cedar Plank Salmon Grilled On The Weber Kettle

Описание: Salmon is my favorite fish to grill. It turns out great if cooked directly on the grill, but my favorite way to cook it is on a cedar plank. In this video I marinate a pair of Wild Caught Salmon Filets in Green Tea and Ginger, season them up, grill them on Cedar Planks with some veggies as an accompaniment, and finish them off with a Maple Pomegranate Glaze.

Marinade Ingredients

Green Tea Chilled
2 TBSP Crushed Ginger

Rub Ingredients

½ tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
¼ tsp Dried Dill
¼ tsp Cayenne

Maple Pomegranate Glaze Ingredients

½ cup Maple Syrup
½ cup Pomegranate Juice
1 TBSP Orange Zest
