Surf Therapy mentors usually spend their days on the beach with children from their communities who had been identified as needing additional mental health support.
Here, they practice activities to boost their mental health, helping children to make better life decisions and forge healthy relationships with their mentors and other children.
While in lockdown, surf mentors share their personal experience of being at home, and away from the beach.
