Easy Crispy Tortilla Pizza Rolls 🔥
I folded tortillas with hot dogs, used toothpicks to hold them closed, then added pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
I brushed them with egg wash and baked them until golden and crispy with melted cheese inside.
Ingredients
• Flour tortillas
• Hot dogs
• Pizza sauce
• Pepperoni
• Shredded cheese
• 1 egg (for egg wash)
• Toothpicks
Instructions
1. Fold tortilla with a hot dog inside.
2. Use toothpicks to hold it closed (cross the toothpick if needed).
3. Add pizza sauce.
4. Add cheese.
5. Add pepperoni.
6. Add a little more cheese.
7. Brush with egg wash.
8. Bake at 375°F for about 10–12 minutes, until crispy and golden.
Crispy outside, cheesy inside!
