Описание: Which magnesium should you take? Magnesium glycinate is excellent for sleep. Very bio available and does not have a laxative effect. Recommend taking 45 minutes before bedtime. Magnesium threonate is a very premium form of magnesium. Great for mood, boosting effects, cognition, anxiety, sleep. Can take in the morning or before bedtime. Magnesium oxide and magnesium malate. Older forms of magnesium period most commonly sold at drugstores. Probably not the best form for you. Magnesium citrate. mostly used for its laxative effect. Not the most bioavailable.
