On Day 3 of exploring Guadalupe Mountains National Park, we did two hikes - Smith Spring hike at sunrise and Salt Basin dunes at sunset. We were hoping to see more wildlife, but only saw a rabbit and some birds. We also saw a beautiful Christmas Cholla cactus.
