The Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERA) has today begun engaging companies certified to provide electricity-related services to ensure the continued smooth delivery of services in the country.
This follows the transition of electricity distribution responsibilities from UMEME, a private company, to the government-owned Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited (UEDCL).
