1 Tsp Ginger Chopped
1 Tsp Garlic Chopped
250 Gms boneless Chicken Pieces
Salt
-Cook this for 3-4 minutes, Then add
1 Onion Sliced
1 Capsicum Sliced
1 Carrot Sliced
1 Cup of Sliced Cabbage
2 Green Chillies Chopped
-Cook for 2-4 minutes. Then add,
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
2 Tsp Soya Sauce
2 Tsp Hot sauce or Red Chilli Sauce
2 Tsp Green Chilli Sauce
Some Spring Onions

Mix well and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Close flame.
Fill this filling into @switz spring roll sheets. Fold as shown in the video
Now Dip it in Schezwan Slurry and coat with crushed cornflakes.
