NMC Revalidation Review

Описание: This year we’re beginning our review of revalidation - a set of requirements that all nurses, midwives and nursing associates must meet every three years to help them continually develop and reflect on their practice. They must demonstrate that they have met these requirements to maintain their registration with the NMC.

We’re reviewing our revalidation requirements to ensure they continue to support professionals to develop their practice in line with our Code and standards. Our review will draw on our learning from nine years of the current revalidation model, from independent inquiries and from whistleblowing investigations.

This webinar explains how we plan to review revalidation; how it will support professionals to provide the best possible care for patients and people who use services; and attendees gave us some feedback on how they'd like revalidation to change in the future.
