Halo-halo is a popular Filipino dessert made with shaved ice, sweetened fruits, jellies, beans, leche flan, ube, and more — all mixed together into a refreshing, colorful treat. It literally means "mix-mix," and that’s exactly what you do before enjoying every bite... Although I do not mix it until after the first layer is done! Trust me, it’s a flavor experience like no other!
