🔹 What is the Pak Soft Skills Certificate?

It’s a government-approved training module launched by:

Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BE&OE)

OEC (Overseas Employment Corporation)

ICMPD

OPF (Overseas Pakistanis Foundation)


The purpose is to improve the behavior, ethics, attitude, and workplace readiness of Pakistani workers abroad.
