INGREDIENTS
Mini bread slices
2, ½-inch slices bacon
2 slices grape tomato
1-inch piece lettuce
½ tsp mayo
METHOD
Toast bread slices. Set aside.
Cook bacon.
To assemble, place bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices on one slice of mini bread. Spread mayo on remaining bread slice and sandwich together.
