The United Nations is urging the Government of South Sudan and Sudan to actively engage in the discussion on the status of Abyei town which falls on the border between the two countries. Since South Sudan's independence, both countries have been on a row over who the town belongs to. That in itself has sparked fears over a war considering the town is home to communities from both the north and the south. Leslie Mirungu has more.
