Описание: This is the fourth video in a series that will document an infill development project in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego. In this video, architect Shane Curry and I walk through the plan my wife and I had selected and fine-tune a few things for him to work on.

The biggest decision here was to scrap the roof-top deck on each building. It would have added roughly $60k to each building (4) and increased liability from a child falling without providing much benefit due to the lack of views.
