Removing the Subaru WRX EJ25 Engine after rod knock and clutch issues.
I made a video on how to easily repair a rod knock but after the repair, the rod knock was still there. At this point, im taking the opportunity to rebuild the engine from the scratch as the best option. The most recommended thing to do after a rod knock is to remove the crankshaft for inspection, and for that, you need to remove the engine. It’s the best option for driving safely and with peace of mind.
You can easily repair the rod knock removing the oil pan and using it for a few months, but in my case, it didn’t work.
