I just got back from a really peaceful little solo camp by the lake with my dog Uma. The weather was perfect and the water was completely still. One of those places that just makes you slow down for a while.
I didn’t really do anything special. Just enjoyed the quiet, cooked something simple, took a few photos, and even tried taking the little boat out on the water for the first time.
Days like this remind me how nice simple things can be - fresh air, nature, and a bit of silence.
