in case you don't have the time to watch the entire video:

a week ago, my dad physically assaulted me and kicked me out. i lost almost everything, and i’m currently homeless, staying temporarily on my sister’s couch with no stable place to go and no transportation. i’m also at risk of losing my two cats, who are incredibly important to me.

i grew up in an abusive and isolating environment, was pulled out of school at 11, and never had a real chance to work, save money, or become independent. i’m trying to rebuild my life completely from scratch.

i’m hoping to raise $6,000 to cover an apartment (move-in fees, deposits, pet fees), a cheap cash car so i can get to work, and basic essentials. this would help me finally escape my abusive situation and start building a safe, stable life for myself and my cats. i have extra details on how i plan to split this budget in the video.

i hate having to ask for money, it's so so embarrassing. but i hope you can empathize with my situation and understand how i have no choice at this point but to ask for help. thank you so much for listening.
